Course options and pricing
Beginner is offered at $150. Experienced is offered at $300 and includes Beginner. Administrator is offered at $500 and includes Beginner and Experienced. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes or processor charges, if any, will be disclosed before payment.
Educational scope
Courses provide technical education focused on PKI and Microsoft Certificate Authority systems. They do not guarantee certification, examination results, employment, promotion, income, or a particular operational outcome. Learners remain responsible for decisions made in live systems.
Enrollment and access
Current delivery method, access period, technical requirements, and schedule are confirmed before purchase. Access is personal to the purchaser unless COGNIVOX agrees otherwise in writing. Credentials and course materials may not be shared, resold, copied, or distributed.
Acceptable use
You may not disrupt the website or course systems, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, misuse another person’s identity, infringe intellectual property, or use course material for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
The site design, course materials, diagrams, writing, and related content are owned by or licensed to COGNIVOX SYSTEMS LLC. Purchase grants a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the supplied materials for personal learning.
Payments, delivery, and refunds
Payment instructions are supplied through the authorized enrollment process. Digital delivery is governed by the Digital Delivery Policy. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy and any terms confirmed before payment.
Availability and changes
We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue site content and future course offerings. We will not materially reduce an already purchased course entitlement without an appropriate remedy.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and educational content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. COGNIVOX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, course material, or changes made to production infrastructure. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a dispute, please contact COGNIVOX so the parties can attempt a practical resolution.
